textures, joint lines, or slight variations are not treated as manufacturing
defects.

For
upholstered products, the warranty is limited to the frame and internal
mechanisms, if applicable, and does not cover fabrics, covers, or cushioning
materials. Damage caused by the use of harsh chemicals or non-standard cleaning
practices is also excluded. As per industry standards, a minor unevenness of up
to 5 mm may occur due to floor level differences, and this is not considered a
defect under warranty.
