This product comes with a 36-month warranty that covers
manufacturing defects and workmanship issues from the date of purchase. The
warranty is valid only when the furniture is used under normal household
conditions and maintained properly.

This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear that
occurs over time due to regular use. Minor scratches, dents, or damages caused
by improper handling, accidental impact, or incorrect cleaning methods are not
included. Any issues resulting from improper installation or self-assembly by
the customer are also excluded. The warranty will not apply to products that
have been stored, installed, or used incorrectly, or cleaned using unsuitable
products or methods. Exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading in
upholstery, which is considered normal and not covered.

Damage such as cracks caused by improper movement or
displacement of the product, as well as deterioration of wood due to continuous
exposure to water or moisture, is not covered under this warranty. Solid wood
furniture naturally expands and contracts due to seasonal climate changes, and
such variations are not considered defects. Similarly, natural characteristics
of wood such as grains, textures, joint lines, or slight variations are not
treated as manufacturing defects.

For upholstered products, the warranty is limited to the
frame and internal mechanisms, if applicable, and does not cover fabrics,
covers, or cushioning materials. Damage caused by the use of harsh chemicals or
non-standard cleaning practices is also excluded. As per industry standards, a
minor unevenness of up to 5 mm may occur due to floor level differences, and
this is not considered a defect under warranty.

WARRANTY

DELIVERY:

• Our support and delivery teams
  will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
• Free delivery is only
  applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a
  customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable
  for the second attempt.
• In absence of a service lift,
  our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of
  your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the
  customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
• Extra charges applicable for
  weekend or time-specific delivery.
• Your product(s) will be held
  for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the
  delivery. After this, Marakadai areserve the right to either change or
  cancel the order.

INSTALLATION

• Depending on the delivery
  condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance
  upon delivery.
• If the delivery Condition is: Pre-assembled –
  no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready
  to use.
•  Expert Assembly – expert
  assistance is required, for which Marakadai will provide carpenters to
  carry out proper installation and assembly. Basic assembly/DIY –
  the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried
  out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided.
